A vision of comfort

Browarna 12. is a facility which guarantees top quality and functionality of the apartments and the common areas offered. For the sake of residents' comfort, the building has been designed to ensure acoustic comfort through the use of:

low-noise indor lift

walls separating the apartments made of soundproof hollow brick

low-noise pipes

triple glazed windows with excellent acoustic and thermal parameters

Additionally, an individual air conditioning system may be provided in each of the apartments.

Underground garage

Residents will have access to comfortable and wide parking spaces in the underground garage with an option to install a charger station at each space for charging electric cars.

On the ground floor there will also be storage locker rooms, and a special room for washing sports equipment.

A vision of security

The building and the adjacent area form a fully secure space closed with an entrance/exit gate. In addition, a high definition CCTV surveillance system will be also installed to ensure safety of the residents.
